What he's doing is called Parkour. It is a quickly developing sport that is focused around escape tactics. I personally think it's very damn cool. It is extremely dynamic, and much technique is required to pull off some of the moves. Moves such as safely jumping off of *very* high objects (two stories), wall jumps, and landing on and walking balancey rails. Risk factor is as high or low as you want it to be.

I think I could handle the sauntering with a backpack right at the beginning :D
Everything after that has the potential to kill (or at least seriously hurt) me.

The bit on the monkey-bars was very cool. Makes gymnastics look boring alright.
