go to the gym..find an easy wall to climb with lots of jugs and do as many laps as you can and then climb up qwith oner hand and then the other...the one foot and then the other...it works good. climb till you cant hang on at all.

I don't know the exact address, but look for John Long's 'Workout from Hell'. It involves ridiculous amounts of reps with ridiculously light weights, and it is HELL. You will sleep like 12 hours a night on it, and feel hammered, but it really gets you toned for climbing. Made me jump from 5.10 to 5.12 in less than a season.

You should always try to skim down your fat. I suggest doing some cardio a few times a week. Let the strength training and the technique ceom from bouldering and climbing. -Cat
