To all you Lookout rock climbers out there. Since Up North will be a bit cold and snowy/rainy this weekend, I'm looking maybe to give lookout rock a try. Will it be dry this time of year? BR is showing that most of the routes can be led, but the database has got em on toprope!!! so what the hell is it? I"m guessing BR is right. Thanks for the info!!!

This "crag" is hardly worth the effort. A handful of climbs no higher than 25 ft on chossy rock. I wouldn't drive more than a few miles to climb there.

I never went. I posted that back in 2006!!! I'm glad you responded though. Good info for the next person looking for something to climb in that area.
