Can't Post

Last year the C3 Series was introduced to the world of competitive climbing. The format that Urban Climber Magazine deemed last year as "... the country's most innovative on sight format" includes top rope, bouldering, and lead climbing. Climbers have 3.56 minutes to send each route with 1.5 minutes in-between and along with a set of rules and regulations that have never been seen before in competitive climbing... the C3 Series is now being called the "Iron Man" of climbing. It's fast... it's mental (and we don't mean retarded)... it's fun... it's brutal... and it will definitely push all who dare to compete to their physical thresholds. Due to the competitor response to last years C3 Series, the C3 has expanded this year to include 3 competitions in NorCal and 3 competitions in SoCal with 1 big final.

To all that competed in last years C3 Series that experienced such prizes as multiple Apple iPods, tents, sleeping bags, climbing gear, guided trips, backpacks, crash pads, harnesses, climbing shoes, etc... we can assure you that the prizes are going to be even better this year. And with the new C3 "Prize Redemption Program" that we've set up... all competitors will have a choice on what they receive. Oh yeah... and for those of you who brave competing for a $2,000 cash purse at the C3 Series Final on August 5, 2006.

The C3 Series would like to thank the following sponsors in believing in something new and refreshing. Thanks to Todd Smith @ REI, Monster Energy Drink, Stacey Eddy & Joe Garland @ Mad Rock, Jason Karn @ Metolius, Dan & Dave @ SoILL Holds, Marc Crowther @ Urban Climber Mag, Ian Scott @ Big Sur Bar, and Kurt Wedburg @ Sierra Mountaineering Intl.

The C3 Series would like to invite all of you to take just 5 minutes to read the C3 Series format, rules, & regulations and see for yourself if you able to handle it. It's not USAC. It's not ABS. It's new and it's serious.

Send hard, Be Safe.

Peace,
