Part of Boat Rock has been bought by the developers... The Acres that the SCC own are still safes.. but everything from Yellow Arette back towards the subdivisions have been bought... It sucks.. there goes Lynn's Arette, Mykilla Gorilla...The Rail... Beam Me Up.. All of that area is gone.. There are no trespassing signs up now, but until they begin to blow the rocks... Proceed at your own risk.. ( I did haha ) Still Plenty of good problems, but a good chunk of the routes are being blown now...
