September, October, November, December, etc. It's always good at EPC.

Early November should be perfect.

Tip: Bring more than one pair of climbing shoes--the rock here eats shoes!!

Edgardo Baca does resoles in Hidalgo but doesn't always have enough rubber. Bring some rubber. You can contact him through Tami's Cafe.

Some people resole, but it is not good job. Bring two pairs at least.

People send their shoes to the states, or to Mexico city, but it takes a while and shipping is not cheap, specially to the states.

What you can do is buy new shoes here, Evolv and Madrock are in fashion right know because of the price mainly, but you can get mainstream Sportivasīs and 5-10īs too.

Check out the link in the potrero section here on RC.com.

It is not crowded until december, and this past winter, it never really got crowded like it used to. Routes are still great and more are being put up, so itīs their loss.
