I've been trying to find the 1950's military parachute test on impact forces on the human body that led to the UIAA's "maximum impact force" guidelines. I've found a ton of resources that mention the test, but haven't found any that reference it. I think the test may be titled "WCLE-53-292".

Does anyone know where I can find the test, or even where I could start looking?

Thanks.

have you seen

http://www.hse.gov.uk/...df/2003/hsl03-09.pdf

summarizes a lot of such testing, but doesn't seem to mention WCLE53-292 as searched
