Ive personally parked right off morgan highway and never had anyone say anything to me. The property is in fact private, but after over 2 dozen visits, I have never seen another climber let alone anyone attempting to stop climbers. The POSTED signs to the right of the ledges read that the local church "Rock Church" owns the property around the powerlines and rocks. The church is 100 yards down the hill from the pull-off if interested in investigating any rumors. The Rock Chuch however, does NOT tolerate anyone parking in their parking lot for anything other than church purposes. The bouldering is pretty secluded and off the roadside making it a nice chill spot. I agree that any trip to this hidden gem is worth the small risk.
