When you do a front flip do you guys stand with your feet parallel or perpendicular to the line. Do you try these facing your anchors or away? I found it was easiest for me to stand facing away from my anchor like 3-4 feet away and stand with my feet parallel with the line and jump towards the middle more does this sound right or am I doing it completely wrong or are there any other tips I should know about Thanks

I find it easiest to have one foot on the line and the other foot up upp your keister. What is this, the Gymnastics Forum? Where am I?

I have never seen a frontflip dismount but I know for backflip dismount you stand sideways. I imagine if you want to dismount sideways is how you want to be.

I'd say it's an individual thing. I stand with my feet perpendicular for my frontflip and frontflip-180, but I've seen people backflip with feet parallel to the line, and that would seem to be a better way to go if you plan on eventually landing on the line. But then perfection of both styles would be more of a mastery. ;)

Just wondering how high off the ground you set your lines?

That usually depends on length and tightness for me. Most often between two and five feet though. Higher if I'm feeling good. ;)
