I was out at Crag Full this last weekend and noticed quite a few loose plates and flakes on the 5.9 route on the left hand side (just to the left of the 5.9 with the fun traverse to ceiling crux route)...will update when I find out the name. I took off a couple of big pieces myself. Just stay right on the way up, and watch where you step as these pieces are ready to go (and some are bigger than a foot in diameter and a couple of inches thick).

I believe the route's called Once Upon a Climb in the West. I just was climbing it last week and agree very much with the previous statement. Climbing this route was very precarious, and it definitely needs to be cleaned or just avoided. I think climbing it once was enough for me. Stick to the Good, the Bad, and Ugly. That's a classic.
