Hey I'm from Illinois and i am interested in Slacking. My friend said all u need to set a line up i three beniers, 1 inch tubular (a 50 foot section) and a 1inch tubular (a 15 inch piece.) I cant figure out how to rig it to make it tight enough. If some one could help me that would awesome  Pinch Gringo

Read through previous posts on this forum and you'll find all the information you need. If you end up having more specific questions after having looked around, ask away. Good luck, Niles

Here are a couple pictures that haven't been posted before. These are two methods of tightening a line just using carabiners and the slackline itself. Notice that there are two carabiners in the slackline side at the clove hitch in order to make it easy to get the clove hitch undone. http://img.photobucket.com/...ining/Untitled-1.jpg The bottom method is self-locking - meaning that you can pull one way but it will not release in the other direction. The bottom picture shows two carabiners at the anchor, but there only needs to be one. Niles [Edit] Here's one more. This is a combination of the two above...still self-locking (though not as strongly so), but less friction. http://img.photobucket.com/...ing/Untitled-1-1.jpg
