I have John Syke's guide but was hopping to get some advice as to the best routes to go after on a one day trip. Any input is apreciated.

The Shield 5.7, No Pigs 5.8, The Arete 5.8, and Buck Toothed Chicken Splitter 5.8 are all really fun. On "Buck Toothed" you end up pulling a roof that's really awesome!! Have fun, it's a great place.

Thanks a lot for the recomendations. The last time I was there I did a few of 5.6s, 5.7s and 5.8s but none of the ones you recomended. I'll give them a shot the next time i am there.
