When are the best climbing conditions at Rumney? I'm thinking about doing a week in spring. Thanks, -Danno

Gotta agree about the fall. Spring is too buggy and wet for a continuous weeks worth of climbing. You may get in a couple of days, then a weeks worth of rain. The late fall, say Oct, can bring rain also. I think Sept. is the best time to climb at Rumney. The morning air is brisk, which brings in the fall colors, and the afternoons are warm. Little rain ... maybe I should not of said that ... during Sept. Hope you plans work well weather wise. I've put on a couple of gatherings for Rumney and it has poured both times. Hope you all don't hold that against me when I post up the next one!
