I don't know about you all, but I had a hard time finding a harness. It could be because I'm a girl that's pretty thin, and I wanted adjustable leg loops and have lots of padding. I ended up getting a Metolius, and it has worked out great. So, I was wondering, what is your favorite?

Well Cassey.. I use the Old Petzel "Jump" Harness, well padded, and good for me being pritty tall (1.91m)

The new Petzl ones seem pretty good to me. I appreciate at least four gear loops and comfort the most.

i have a BD Dyno harness. I like it fine even though it is not as padded as others. It doesn't have adjustable leg loops, but i haven't needed them so for. The main reason i bought it was the $29.99 sale price tag.

I climb in an Arcteryx "Vapor" for sport and a Petzl "Gourou" for trad and multipitch sport. I really like them both but the gourou can be really hot.

I have a Petzl Dionysis, it is a year old and I love it. Petzl harnesses are nice because they are already doubled back, it just make getting ready that much easier. The faster I am ready the faster I climb.

I'm liked my BD alpine, but It have no belay loop and it it a pain to do mulit pitch climbs in. But it is the most comfortable harness I've ever worn.

I've got a BD Mentor 2AL for sport climbing and works great for single pitch climbs as it also has no belay loop. I have a Yates shield harness that must be the strongest, secure harness made. It has a belay loop and a gear loop rated at 3500 #. The adjustable leg loops on both of these harnesses are great.

i have a petzl corax and its a very comfortable harness...only set back is that the gear loops can get worn quite easily cause its plastic and sticks out

I saw an 'option' of Beal for its Indinana harness. It's a comfortable chair belt with 6 gear loops. I suppose you can also use it with other harnesses. Must be handy for making routes (indoor) or for big walls.

I have the petzl jump. It is very comforatable. It has plastic gear loops and non-adjustable leg loops. I have had it for five years and love it. I f you look hard on the web you can find it on close out for less than $70. The Bonnie is petzls female version of the jump.

I've got a Climb High, a Singing Rock, a Black Diamond Bod and several seatbelt-material harnesses (for the extras that always show w/o gear). I really like the bod, but it's a little too big for my waist, can't cinch it down quite tight enough for my tastes. My favorite and usual is the Climb High, has a nice padded waist, wider in the back and closed leg loops so I don't ever have to mess with them. Little heavy, but d@mn it's comfortable .

I have a calidris which i cant stand although it is well padded, but the only sizes are 1 and 2 and the one is too big for me so i never use it. I am 5'8" and 129 pounds so im pretty thin also and can relate to not being able to find a decent harness that fits. I ended up with the BD Blizzard not only because it is comfy and fits well. I have a small in it, but it is also great for ice climbing because it has bigger gear loops for ice tools and the legs loops are totally adjustable so thick winter wear is no problem. Since Im basically broke I like having a harness that doubles for both rock and ice considering the amount of aloine stuff i want to do this winter.

Ha! I have the same problem. I'm a skinny dude (as a lot of climbers are) and it's hard to get petzl harnesses (only two sizes: xs-m, m-xl) to fit me right. Right now I have a Gourou (two self-locking adjustment buckles) and the extra adjustment from teh two buckles lets it fit pretty good...

I have a BD bod that I have been very happy with. I have used it for years (or at least that model, I've been through a couple) and as much as I hate the fact that its a "low end" model, its the most comfortable harness I've found. I'll have to look into the newer one; someone mentioned that it comes with a belay loop...cool!

i got the BD Bod harness. its really comfey and easy to move in. the padding is great too. it has different colours an me and my sister got the same one and now we can tell them apart.
