So I've got a strange problem. Left pinky finger curls in like a cramp but the pain comes from the forearm. I did this about 2 years ago with a crazy pull up work out. 100's of pull ups with extra weight belts on and 300 lb pull downs. Go figure I fucked something up. I took off 4 mo. then have only been able to climb in the 10's before this cramp starts coming back. It comes on the next day after I climb or until I stop pushing it on sporty face stuff. If I don't climb or just do mod. stuff it's not really that bad. Sorry about the rambles. Just want to know what kinda Doc to seek out. I went to the sports med Doc at our fam clinic. But he was all about B- ball and didn't really have a clue. Anyone ever had anything like this? What worked for you?
