Just curious who's gonna be there. I'll be there the whole week. Gonna be a great year this year, I can feel it.

I'll be out there, and I will also be bringing a smoked turkey. T-days are great at JT! Cosmiccragsman

T-days are just plain great anytime you get out climbing. Especially if someone brings a turkey. :D

In reply to: Good luck finding a campsite. Get there early. .......Early in the week  We use to spend Thanksgiving in JT - good times, but now we head for Utah. Even better times until the drive home with all the Vegas traffic

In reply to: *sigh* t-days in maine?...no climbing. :( Poor Biner. All you need to do is plan a trip to somewhere over T-Day and go. Next thing you know you'll be eating turkey stew and instant potatoes, freezing your ass off. Good times. :D

I have to go to Maine for the families sake...they love me so much they just can't let go of their baby girl!

Thanksgiving at JTree is an absolute blast, albeit crowded. Best bet is if you're from AZ and can team up with the Arizona Mountaineering Club. They have booked two of the group campsite at Indian Cove for many years running. There's also usually a great feast/party put on by Dennis Rutherford at Ryan campground. Some of the best times I've had at JTree have been of the Turkey-Day weekend. Hope to see you guys there. Ed
