My right foot was working a crack and my left foot was just sketching, I came off and my right foot stayed in the crack, turned me upside down (man that ground comes up fast). A ligament pulled off, it didn't break the ligament, it brought the piece of bone where it attaches along with it. Anybody else ever have this? I was wondering if this thing is going to go out on me all the time now. Still in an aircast.

I had a similiar deal in a snowboard accident 4 years ago...the chunk of bone usually calcifies in the area...but sometimes it becomes a floater...mine is a floater...it will cause my ankle to lock up every so often.....should get it scoped out...maybe someday....good luck it will get better..
