Still getting a log on error

Dispite my assurances to DDT that it was my user error for my inability to log on yesterday, it appears that it's not.

I tried to log on this morning, after checking the "remember me" box yesterday, and the system won't log me on. It doesn't give me an error (e.g.; invalid logon) it just doesn't log me on. If I log on with an incorrect password, then I get the "invalid logon" message.

So I think there are several issues:
1) the remember me box doesn't
2) the system isn't correctly processing my logon

Note: my password has a special character in it, which might be confusing the system.

Please advise.

Thanks, Kim

3. Am automatically logged out whenever I leave the login homepage.

This seems to be what's happening to me too.

Was able to logon this morning. Did something change on your end?

Kim,

I am sorry it is taking so long to reply. The program/coder people are really swamped right now, but rest assured your issue has been taken note of.

Please post again if you have any other issues.

Nope, nothing changed here. Let me know if that resurfaces again. Glad you're back in. Smile

It's back! This morning I had checked the remember me box. When I came back to my desk after a couple of hour absence I tried to go back to RC.com and I had been logged out and can't log back in. I don't get an error. Just a message that I"m not logged in.

Maybe it only lets you log in the first time you open your browser? Try to close your browser and reopen it, see if you can log in then. A long shot, but would be worth it if it works, and would give the developers a lot more info to go on.
