When I am logged out I can see everyone's signatures, including mine. When I log in I can't see anyones signatures? Is this a bug, or something I'm doing wrong. It happens on my work *and* home computer.

Did you play with the "Show users' signatures" in your Settings?
If you said "No", the signatures won't appear when you are logged and will appear when you are not.
Just a possible explanation.
