The road that gives direct access to Cactus Cliff is now cloesed. You must now park at the Bank parking area and make a 20 min. hike in. It is an easy hike. You go down the road to the bank about 20-20 feet and take a trail on the right. There is a fork about 20 feet down the trail, stay left. This trail leads to the former road that went to cactus cliff. Just take this up to the rock.
