I could not retrieve info for my old account. All attempts to get the password or reset it for that account failed. I don't know what the program is there - but that is frustrating.
You can be certain that my old account will never log in again unless you give me some beta of how to _actually_ get the password reset.
Unfortunately, your system provides no way to verify who I say that I am.
ADMIN: Please personal message me so that I can get this solved.

PM me with your original account user name, and I'll forward to the code guys who might be able to help with this. It's beyond my meager capacity, to be honest, but I'll get it into the hands of those who have mad skills with the website infrastructure.
