Hey,

Can you post a URL to one of these "deleted" posts that are still around?

If you delete a post and there has been replies to that post, then the content of the post will be removed and will be replaced with a message that says "Post Deleted by username". The empty shell will remain though seeing as the replies to that post are using that post as a parent. They would be orphaned and there would be nowhere to hang them if the empty shell was removed as well.

sorry but what is a url?

A URL is the internet address that you see at the top of your browser. It's something like: http://www.rockclimbing.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=1491232

Can you give me the Subject (Title) of the thread that this post it in? I can try to find it that way...
