Is there a way to delete all of a user's content on RC.com (posts, photos, etc.) in 1 step? Can it be done by a site admin? If not then how do I go about deleting everything myself?

There is no mass delete option available to you. There's a delete link at the top of each of your posts, and a delete button under each photo, video etc.
If you have a lot of content then send me a PM and I'll help where I can.

It really does not take long to delete all of your topics and submissions, unless your in the thousands.

BTW, there's no screen name attached here because the new RC.com mandates that I disable my firewall, turn off my anonymizer, & allow persistent cookies in order to use my login - all things which I am unwilling to do. If you for some reason didn't receive or deleted my PM let me know & I'll send you another.

In old rc.Com, it was decided that posts would remain, even if a leaving contributor asked for it. It was a long discussion about a certain M... by example. Former and actual Mods must remember that.
What is the actual policy? We can rant about inactive links "destroying" the memory of rccom, but if we start to delete posts, it seems even worse to me! Other ideas?

Agreed. When a member no longer wishes to be a member that is fine but we should not permit the destruction of RC to accommodate them. Maybe the user's name can be removed from the posts or renamed to ex-member. Personal details should be removed but not the knowledge.

You're right. From the Forum Rules:

We will usually not honor requests for post removals or editing. You are welcome to edit or remove your own posts.
In this case this person requested this right after the migration and did not continue to use the site. It's fair to meet him halfway and help with his request. The rule stands though.

That's fair but just an observation (I'm not bitching for a change). If in the TOS it states that we can delete/edit our own posts why can't we delete our contributions to the RDB?

Deletions to the RDB can only be made by the area manager, this in response to problems in the past with people trying to destroy/undermine the RDB.
