Sorry to intrude on your quest for a partner, but I have not heard the name of that mountain in many years, and it brought back good memories of the summer of 1956, when I scrambled up the south face in a pair of basketball shoes. Hope you find someone, but it's a fun solo scramble as well!

I don't know why I love that cotton-pickin peak so much! I led a group of women up it last year and one of 'em was 6 months pregnant!! It's not the most challenging summit on the block, but it sure is purdy

I'm not sure if one of the previous posts was from John Gill, father of modern day sport climbing. But if so, you should be honored just for the response. Good luck with the partner issue and mostly, just go have fun.
