Technically anything is possible (well almost), it's just not always feasible given the relative priority of things. In this case it's quite a bit of work to do, because we currently don't store or manage poll voting data by user in any way. I can see that it could be useful, but frankly, I don't think this will add enough value to justify the investment by a long shot. So it's not something we plan on doing.
