anyone know if or when the closures take effect for the bird nesting this year?

Cochise Stronghold, Coronado National Forest

As a result of monitoring conducted by the Southern Arizona Climbers Coalition, the Coronado NF is able to permit access into the Rockfellow Dome Park, Dragoon Mountains effective through 6/30/05 except as follows: being on any part of Cochise Dome or Unnamed Dome immediately southeast of Cochise Dome is prohibited through 6/30/05.
