I have a few comments about the database rebooting procedure;
1) It might be better to do it during a time of day when user traffic is low, ie noon is probably not a good time to do so.
2) Change the notification page to read "Please retry in a few hours". The word "seconds" just doesn't seem appropriate.
3) Please include a link to the webmaster so that he can be notified "ASAP" when it takes longer then a few "seconds" for the database to finish rebooting. I tried following the report problems link but it did not recognise my user id when I tried to login... possibly because the database was rebooting.
