Is climbing allowed at the Devils backbone that is just west of Loveland Colorado off of Hwy 34?

County website says no. http://www.co.larimer.co.us/parks/bbone.cfm Funny, I was visiting a friend of mine in CO this past summer, and she mentioned that there is "cool climbing" there as we drove by it. She is not a climber, so I don't think she has a clue. The rock looked pretty chossy to me, but I didn't say anything at the time (I'm from the east coast, what the hell do I know?).

Thanks anyway. I actually talk to a ranger yesterday and she informed me that there is absolutely no climbing. Something about it being an environmental preserve and there are several fragile species of plant life. So no climbing and thanks for the reply.
