Chopping at Stoney  (North_America: United_States: California: Los_Angeles_County: Stoney_Point)

I just wanted to let everyone know that there are two guys going around stoney chopping bolts, even bolts that have ben there for at least a year, namely those on top of Bethoven's wall, and who knows what others. Ethics of chopping aside, you might want to bring some gear if you plan on doing Bethoven's on top rope, i guess you could always solo it. well, happy and safe climbing

Why would they chop the bolts? I don't know much about Stoney Point as I've only been there a handful of times.

That brings back memories. I soloed Beethoven's in the 80s to prepare for my first lead. That was smart, huh?
