Hey, i asked someone about Short Mt. last year and they gave me directions, but i never went. So here they are:
from 70S going south
-Mercury Dr.
-When you get to Woodbury TN in town there is a Co-op on the left, take that first left past the Co-op
-First right(its' sneaky), go up Mtn. 5 miles or so- Left at 'T'
- go 1 mile past the Short Mtn Maket- 200 yards or so and turn left onto the road w/ Short Mtn Bible Camp signs and drive up the dirt road stay past the Bible Camps towards the firetowers. The climbing is all at the top of the mtn....

Hey let me know if you go, i'd like to check it out. Anyways hope this helps, Andy

Just a heads up that access for Short Mountain, TN is currently considered closed. The bible camp manages the property and a meeting was recently held with the property manager. A proposal has since been sent to the board of trustees for the property and a response is pending. Please pay attention to the posted NO TRESPASSING signs and wait for additional notice before further tarnishing our relationship with the property owners. It was a positive meeting and the property manager expressed his appreciation for us not sneaking on the property to climb.

Thank you,

Daniel Worley

Hi. I am coming to Nashville and would love to get a bit of climbing in 23rd - 27th October. Am very fit 57 year old Australian 30 + years of climbing trad and sport - comfortable up to 5:10 B or C - have never done a forum like this but would be keen to climb on any and all rocks for that time:
