Just an update, the Cooper's Rock Guidebook is NOW slated for release late Summer 2007. We're expecting it to ship mid August or early September. The manuscript is almost finished being text edited and proofs are due out soon. I'm selling pre-orders on my website http://www.brayackmedia.com if anyone wants to be the first on the block to have one. Enjoy, -Dan

Very nice :) I'm looking forward to it as Cooper's is pretty close to me (I'm in Dodderidge County near the Harrison border). I'm hoping I will be able to do some bouldering there this summer with my kids. We went this last weekend and it was great! God Bless, mik

Don't worry, I kept to the three major areas: Those being Roadside, Tilted Tree and Rock City (Pretty much from Electric Avenue to Round House.) They will be on sale at Adventure's Edge, Barnes and Noble etc, as well as online, though if you're going to buy it, I'd say you should support adventure's edge. I don't think Army Rocks will ever been described in a guide, since its on private property. Ditto with Woodland Walls (besides both of those areas aren't very good for climbing.)

My guide is infact, stricly a bouldering guide. Rick Thompson has been working on the actual climbing guide for years; hopefully someday we'll see that. If I were to cover climbing (not that I could have anyways), it would have been redudant. I'm glad to see the hype flying around. Tim and I (Tim Keenan is co-authoring) wadded our way through all of that, weight the goods and the bads and decided to do it.

Update on the Coopers Rock Guide. I'm getting the first look at the actual layout proofs this Friday (29 June 2007). It looks like the August 15th, Sept 1 2007 release date is going to definitely happen. Once again, I am taking pre-sales on my website: http://www.brayackmedia.com/orderguide.html If you'd like to support the author, then buy it here! Thanks! -Danno

Alright folks, I just spoke with the publisher on the phone, the guide is available and they're sending them out to me. If you ordered one, you'll get it a couple days after I get it. If you'd like to order them, I should be able to ship within a day of receiving the order. Thanks! http://www.brayackmedia.com/orderguide.html -Dan
