I was thinking about writing a few articles on fitness; how your body processes food for energy, how it rejuvinates muscles/tendons/bones, how to keep it healthy, and a few others.

Would anyone like for me to do this? If not, then I wont even bother. I'd rather write something on something people were interested in reading, than something that would collect cyber dust.

Thanks.

Well put.

Yeah, I'd love to see some stuff on that. Will help climbers to better understand what fuels their bodies and how, specifically, it works.

But I'm glad there seems to be a craving for the information. I will get working it right away!! Can you all read chemical equations?? C6H1206 + 6O2 + 6H2O -> 6CO2 + 12H2O + Energy (as ATP)

LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL!!!

What? You mean to tell me that I'm gonna have to use the table of elements just to read your article? I can't even read the table of elements!
Oh well, I'll do the best I can...

Go to it! I seriously don't know some of the basics, about eating the right things, training for women, and their bodys. Opposing muscle groups. How the whole package works together....

Muscles, tendons, eating ...

More power to you, can't wait to read it. I'm a sponge.
