just found them yesterday. mentioned in boston rocks guide to be discrete, so please don't post the location.

just wondering.....
any rumors of somebody doing the entire traverse, over each the water, the sidewalk, and the road?
any idea about the v-scale rating?

Larry (author of the first edition of Boston Rocks) and I climbed there a few times about 25 years ago - before I rediscovered College Rock. We TR-ed all the Arches on both sides by just lowering down. Additionally I spent quite a few hours bouldering there - all 4 rising traverses on the ends complete with going over the first 7-8 mini arches at the top. Probably V1-V2 with maybe an occasional V3- move. I had "arch technique" pretty dialed at the time having spent endless days at the Wellesley and Newton Arches. It used to be a lot more secluded around the Northboro arches before the new houses went up. I expect you'd get hasseled pretty quickly now - especially if you tried setting up ropes.
