Anyone know of a gear store in El Paso? I searched the phone book and the internet, but couldn't find anything.

there is a small supply of climbing related gear at the heuco rock ranch (just outside of heuco tanks)

Thanks for the replies...Norm, honestly the main reason I'm asking about a gear store at the moment is just to find a place to meet partners. Although I'm sure I would need to make a few small purchases over time. If I'm in almogordo area I'll keep it in mind.

Most folks up this way head up to the Tunnel on the weekend. PM'd my contact info. I have a cool work schedule w 1 on & 1 off. I'm always ready to go just holler.

There is now a climbing store in El Paso. Desert Climbers South West on the west side off of Mesa. It's co-located with Desert Divers South West (a full service SCUBA shop). They have a bunch of stuff already and more on the way.

Fisher Brothers Climbing and Gear is opening a display of BlackDiamond, BlueWater (rope), and MadRock (shoes) at Reliance Outdoor Supply @ 1060 Doniphan Park Circle Ste F in El Paso, TX. We're the only place in town that has actual gear. Come on by and check it out!
