What is the best place to go for beginning sport climbing around St. George? We are talking 5.4 or 5.5. Tried a 5.6 at Crawdad Canyon the other day and was sure I was going to die. Couldn't find the easier routes at Crawdad.

The routes at Crawdad are easier than rated (at least IMO). Try and find the lowest rating you can....somewhere..anywhere...maybe your local gym has some? You can always lead while on top rope. That may help get your leading down before actually going on the sharp end and having your brain override your actual ability.
