Having a route-setter's comp sounds pretty cool, actually.

Huh, cool - I'll set my boy Chris on to it - he's a plastic fantastic man at The Rock Yard. Hey Al, is that Al, THE Al Freedman? Dude, you're like famous or something.

whats cool about this comp is that once everyone has set their problem, everyone gets to climb everyone elses problem. then everyone gets to vote for who they think made the best problem. so its not about how hard, how "good" or how amazingly you climb.... its about setting something that is cool, fun and enjoyable for everyone else. i think its unique!

it is a good idea, however its not just for routesetters, its for anyone who climbs. just because you dont spin a wrench doesnt mean that you dont know what i good problem should feel like! anyone should enter, everyone should be there.... summer fun and support the CCC. yes... we cant spell or edit very well!

that sucks.. it was a good idea in theory.. except that good route setters want to be PAID to set.. not PAY to set.

if i scroll my mouse from the first post to the last post it almost plays itself out like a movie. the build up, the climax, the let down. o my god - it's to much to handle.
