Along the same lines, I am heading out to Banks Lake this summer and would like to pick up a guide book. Should I buy the Rick La Belle "Rock Climbs of Central Washington" or just get a copy of "Weekend Rock"?

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Michael

I would say Rick's guide is up-to-date as far as I know. Very thorough for all the great climbs at Banks Lake.

Hey ipass. Any new word on the Kettle River climbs? I haven't been up that way since winter....I plan on checkin' out that stuff north of Grand Forks too, looks killer. Maybe bring along a drill.

If you need any info on the stuff at Banks, lemme know.

Two new routes on that huge wall up Ganby? Sweet. I'm definately gonna check that wall out..... and the Kettle River climbs...they looked stout!
