Joe Josephson brought this to my attention last Friday. Lost Horse is home to high quality, multi pitch craks as well as a plethora of excellent granite bouldering.

Help Stop the Forest Service Plan to start mining the quarry at Lost Horse!
Forest Service Proposed Plan:
- Expand the quarry at Lost Horse
- Operate the quarry for 10 years
- Put in gates, restrict access, season closures
- Destroy the adjacent cliffs and trails
- Closures from Oct – April, every year for 10 yrs
Forest Service public comment period ends July 9th!
