Looking to take some time off in the winter and do some trad, in nice temperatures, outside of the great U.S., and preferably with not excruciating prices on flights.

Yes I loved Potrero, Thailand looks lovely, and Greece is patiently waiting as a back up plan. Australia will run me $2,000 to fly from LAX for a month and its reportedly very hot! Rio de janeiro is also looking mighty hearty.

Don't know too much but I briefly looked at making a trip to Padriza Spain. From pics it reminded my a little of the South Platte of Colorado. Granite Domes and flared cracks.

I decided against it because I was looking at going in the summer and it's supposed to be scorching hot. Look into the winter, it might be just right.
