-----------------------------------------------------------------
Who: We are offering a 3-day course, with a maximum of 5:1 client to instructor ratio. We will focus on each climber individually so you get the most from your time. How to register: Rock'n and Jam'n (climbing gym) is handling the registration. Please contact them at (303-254-4344).

---

1. Improved safety awareness and appropriate risk assessment
2. Learn traditional climbing skills, including setting lead protection and building belay anchors
3. Lead traditional routes safely and efficiently
4. Climb cracks, from finger cracks to offwidths
5. Increase the power of your strongest “muscle”, the brain by applying the Warrior's Way mental fitness program
6. Develop self awareness, stay centered, reduce doubts and fear, fall safely, improve commitment, gain fluidity, and increase problem-solving skills
7. Have a fun-filled, educational climbing experience
---

Will you be providing any training opportunities this fall/winter 07-08 or early spring 08? I am very interested in learning more about intro to trad climbing and also wondering if any self rescue classes are offered? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,
Amy

I'm not really into the whole "mental camp" deal, beyond learning not to be mental at all while climbing. But, if there were ever a case study in places where it's challenging to not piss down your leg from over-thinking the whole equation I suspect you will be coming to the right place and hanging out with a couple of guys that have been there and now keep their pants legs dry every time.
