Hi everyone
I have a little problem here, I'm doing kind of survey or let's say a research about Indoor Climbing, I need some information about its History: Where from, how, the idea itself! and other things also information about building a modern gym ,(as we are thinking to build a Modern, standard GYM, with a reasonable cost.
Specifications , Equipments might be needed there , Expenses , ETC ... I’ll really appreciate any information or resources about these topics.

Indoor rock climbing began in the late 15th century when knights would build indoor climbing areas to practice scaling the castle walls for invasions and........
