Try posting a thread here; http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/ the site can be a little hostile (for me) so state your needs and qualifications clearly, and ignore the rif-raff.
They have a larger base of alpine climbers/mountaineers, this has worked really well for others I have recommended this to.
And like I told them, don't let the folks on that site make you think all Washingtonians are like them.

But I visit quite frequently climbing in the area
Im still looking to move up there ASAP but the local economy is scary so that’s what holding me back…I LOVE SEATTLE….I wish …u know of anyone who hires

Scary is an understatement, it's down right ugly... unless you can program and are willing to become a Mircrobot, and bow down to Lord Gates!
With Boeing havig pulled up it's roots and taken many of my friends, climbing partners and most of all my CLIENTS with them life is a lot more bleak.
I wish I could find enough work, I don't know what to tell you!
Seattle, King county in particular, is currently 7th on the list of cities suffering from unemployment in this country.
Times are tough, so the tough get busy!

I am planning on summitting Rainier next Spring or early Summer. However, I did make it to Camp Muir this Summer and you'll really want to have a guide. I am intending on going with Outdoor Pursuits, a group from North Idaho College. We have been training -- just got back from Kokanee Glacier. I recommend a group like that, or I would be happy to get information to you to join our group. Let me know.

I feel a guide is essential for anyone who does not have much experience. I have seen accidents and have heard/read many stories of unexperienced alpine climbers getting into predicaments due to "egotistical brain warps!" Money isn't everything, but life is!!! Do the right thing.

Yeah, the idea of following a guide around doesn't thrill me but I'm willing to do so in certain situations until I feel reasonably confident that my skills are in shape to take care of myself. I would look at a guide as a teacher rather than as a person to follow blindly to the top of a hill.

Does a 16 year old who has enough gear to do bolted sport climbs wanting to climb rainier in winter with some random person from the net scare the hell out of anyone else? Uhh, i'll pass.
Instead of using a guide on Rainier, why not try doing some easier mountains on your own and spending time learning crevasse rescue systems in a controlled environment? Go do the normal routes on Adams and Hood, and then if you are able to place pickets, deadmen, build 5:1 systems, prussik, and self arrest you should be just fine for disappoinment cleaver or emmons glacier.

We who live near Mt. Rainier year-round can tell you that none (I guess 99%+) of us seek opportunities to go up Mt. Rainier in December or April. Local, conventional wisdom dictates that one follows the weather, and not the school's vacation schedule to tag summits. Frequently some group from out of state runs into problems by underestimating the possible severity of the weather or the various conditions they might encounter.
Unless you have built up some experience in winter mountaineering, do not come out here in December to attempt the Mountain. You will not know the routes, nor the conditions, which change rapidly in the winter. You are too young to know that it was on Mt. Rainier, during a winter ascent, that the late Willi Unsoeld (FA, Mt. Everest W. Ridge, with Dr. Tom Hornbein, 1963)lost his life with one of his students, attempting to descend in a whiteout when they were caught in an avalanche. And Willi had TONS of experience. Give yourself some time, Luke. Use the force!
