Hey all, I friend of mine have brought me from Italy a LaSportiva Cliff because he couldn´t find the one (Red Chili) I asked him for. Anyway, I wanted a shoe for tech and sport climbs, difficult routes, as I´m crossing the moderate level to a more experiensed climber level. Cliff has a perfect fit! I´m impressed how snug it is, very comfortable. but anyway, I need a shoe that I can count on in those 5.12+ routes I´m just being able to climb, and, push a bit further... or just keep those Cliffs for some less demanding trads... thanks!

The shoe is much less important than the fit and your technique.

I second that. Technique and strength are much more important than what shoe you're wearing. With that said, if you want a more "aggressive" shoe for routes with a steeper pitch and you want better edging then try the La Sportiva Barracuda's or the La Sportiva Mirua's if you like the fit of the Cliff's.
