Are you referring to the Todd Swain book put out by Falcon Press? I just looked it up on Amazon.com and found 2 matches; one lookes like a compressed version of the other. Neither book got very good reviews on Amazon, and I have been thoroughly unimpressed by falcon books in the past. If you know of another one, or if this is not the right book, please let me know. I am definitely going to be in Vegas Christmas time. Thanks!

Munckee;
I have used Red Rocks select(2nd edition; Todd Swain) since 1995 and have found random mistakes in it; but generally have found it very useful and technically correct. I have also used the third edition once and it's basically the same, but with more info.
There is also the Red Rocks guide written by The Uriostes; which is a bit older; but has some more backcountry info. It is avalible on redrockresole.com as far as I know...which also has some general info about the area and a gallery of routes.
hope this helps...I have done about 80 routes in red rocks...so if you need some specific route beta- I may have done it- send me a PM.
good luck;
Jer

Red Rock Select by Todd Swain is a good climbing book. If you get to J-tree have Todd sign your book he is the head Ranger there.
