I am in Heildeberg next week and am looking to climb last weekend in Sept. Have a car to get around.

I saw that recommendation on a previous thread but the my German was not good enough to sort out the attached links to German web sites on it. Is there a specific area that is good for visitors. Would like to boulder v1-2 and would be great to climb 5.9-5.10 if I could find a belay partner out there.

Hi!

I just took the opportunity and updated the Frankenjure North Area with a little more information. Actually Frankenjura.com is completely available in English and gives you more than just an overview of the area. Check out the route database for route recommendations!

Hey again,

Actually, FJ.com is not all in english. Almost none of the route, crag or area descriptions have been updated into english. But if you have a basic understanding of the language you should not have a problem. If your looking for a belay, thats no problem. All we have todo is work out the specifics. Happy hunting, hope to hear from you.
