belong to anyone or left to the elements? they appear to have been up for at least 2 weeks. the sun is not kind to the slings. i am using them to work the route, but I will pull them i a few weeks (before winter) wether i've sent it or not to re-use the biners for lowering on other routes on the tower. i'm not into beat-ass 'booty,' but i hate to see them left to disintigrate over the winter. unless, of course, the owner re-claims them.

Myself and a few others have visited the Tower from AZ several times in the past couple months. My buddy is currently working Shipwrecked as well, and have noticed that the Petzl draws haev stayed up for quite some time. Apparently they belong to a guy from Texas. I totally understand about how the elements will weather them, but I'd leave them up. I am guessing he will get them down in time. We will be back up there the weekend of 10/13-10/15, probably for the last time until next year. My buddy is going for the send!

these draws have now been on the route for at least 6 months! they are not safe any longer. i am going to pull them, but would be happy to give them back to whoever owns them. if not, the webbing is beat but i will re-use the biners for the public good on anchors at the tower.
