California has the largest number of Areas listed on RC.com so far. But the Areas were redundant, and the Regions confusing and cluttered. Some of the listings there were just plain 'anti-beta'. It's been cleaned up a bit, and is starting to come around.

If you have ever climbed in California before, please visit Routes and add/update any beta you can. This will help any users searching for information or planning a trip.

rrrAdam,

you have done an unbelievable job on the info for CA! As one of the best climbing areas in the world, the beta we had before was almost embarassing. You've now fixed the problem and have made this what I believe the ULTIMATE resource for climbers in California. Great job!!

I'm working on it, but we still have many more empty Areas than Areas with any beta at all. I have climbed in many of the Areas, but do not recall offhand the exact beta. Since I'm in North Carolina on a job currently, I'll have to wait till I get home to my books, to add any more, don't want to put in 'anti-beta' ya know.

Thanx for the 'atta boy',
rrrADAM
