I was just wondering if any of you are familliar with the city of Sudbury. In Sudbury, there is a university name Laurentian U. There they have an olympic sized pool, and a heavy duty track where the world juniors were once held. They just recently put in a new bouldering room, I was wondering, if you guys know of it, what do you think?

Is that the only indoor gym like facility in Sudbury? I haven't been but my girlfriend goes to Laurentian I have to go and check it out with her. Where is it on campus, in the Athletic centre or whatever it's called?

Ok so I asked my girlfriend about it and she pointed me to a website. I hope it helps anyone out there. Click on the bouldering room. www.laurentian.ca/phed/advl/ metoliusmunchkin: Why Don't you add it to the route list for Ontario. [ This Message was edited by: downshift on 2001-10-07 08:06 ]

Alright, I'll try that, did you see the place? And, if you didn't see it, it's in the cardio (sp?) room, you head towards the basketball courts, then head down one flight of stairs, and then walk down the hall and it's right there. I'll check out that link though man.

I haven't been yet but next time I'm up and have to go to Laurentian I'll check it out. For the longest time I though that there was nothing indoor in Sudbury but its good to see that there is now.

Another University bouldering wall is a the University of Waterloo. Don't know too much about it now other than it is still there. It used to be in a old raquet ball court.
