Directions:

80 east from Sac, pacific exit in Rocklin (20 minutes NE of Sac), go straight
about 2 miles, just after the light at Farron St. it's on the left to the side of the auto repair places. There's no parking however, so take a left on Farron and park on a side street.

It's called Deer Creek Park. A good little area, an old quarry.

Hey, Glowering,

I wanted to update the entry for that little bouldering are in Rocklin (now Deer Creek Park), but couldn't remember the directions (been awhile since I've been there). You gave nice directions in your post, so, I swiped 'em!

Any objections and I'll gladly remove them.

I remember some climbs there only vaguely (e.g. the little face in the back on the right) but not enough to fill in details in the database. If you care to, have a go, eh?

Cheers,
Tim

I updated the directions because the first time I went, I didn't know where the main area was -- across from Deer Creek Lumber. After you turn left on Farron, if you turn right on the dirt road before the train tracks you can park near the first trail you see on the right. Not sure if this is RR property, but cars were parked there. This trail leads to the main bouldering area on Pacific St.
