Can you make the email trash bin self cleaning, say once or twice a week or so? I've had emails sitting in there for months, just taking up my email storage allotment, till I went in and manually deleted them. Most web email programs do it automatically, perhaps this feature just hasn't been turned on yet?

You can set the option to empty your Trash and Spam folders automatically every time you log off. In the e-mail section, click on "Options" in the secondary nav bar, and then "Mailbox" for additional mailbox options. Unfortunately there is no option to clean, say, once a week. DDT

DDT ... and for those of us who never "log off"? I leave my browser open on my laptop pretty much 24-7. Well, up for the past 21 days at least. nearly 50-billion bytes downloaded in that time. Far better than I used to get with XP... I'm running vista, BTW. I'll try your weak-sauce solution, since yes, every once in a while Firefox gets an update that requires closing the browser. I'm still not sure that it logs me out of the site though, as when I return I'm still right where I left off.

too, I find that I'm already set up to automatically dump trash at log-out time.
In reply to: Mailbox Options If enabled, deleted messages and folders will be sent to the "Trash" folder. When disabled, any messages deleted will be permanently deleted. Delete to Trash On Choose whether or not the "Trash" and "Spam" folders will have their contents permanently deleted when you log out of your Rockclimbing Mail account. Empty Trash On Empty Spam Off Perhaps I should just set things so the delete permanently, rather than delete to the trash box.
